All goos music seems to go unnoticed in France, you have to dive into shithole bars to find any decent rock, indie, jazz, punk, folk, or anything else. The music's out there, but the French will happily listen to SkyRock or NRJ and support the overrated crap. I'm learning French too, hoping to speak it as fluent as my other languages someday. Also I'm a big fan of Babylon Circus, been to a couple of their concerts and bought the cd's i could find.
